How to print and use coloring pages for children
These printable Easter bunny coloring pages can be used as homemade Easter cards. The images below show pages from these free printable Easter chick coloring pages, but the process is exactly the same.
How to print coloring pages as Easter cards
To print your own postcard-sized Easter cards, select the “print 4 to a page” option in Acrobat Reader, as shown in the screenshot below. Select the “multiple” tab, then pick “4.” If you don’t have Adobe Acrobat installed yet, it’s a free download. The print dialogue box looks slightly different in Mac Preview, but you can print multiple copies to a page in this software, too. This application comes free on Mac computers and you can re-download it if you’ve deleted it in the past. Select “4” in the “copies per page” dropdown men near the bottom of the print dialogue box. I’ve circled it in the image below: The process is the same for 2 to a page printing, which is an easier size for young children to color. This size is great for a homemade coloring booklet or a larger card. Just select “2” copies per page instead of 4. This is what it looks like in Acrobat Reader: This is what printing 2 up looks like in Preview:
Paper for coloring pages
I enjoy using 32 lb bright white paper for printables. It’s thicker than copy paper, which means it’s less likely to rip from excited coloring. It’s also smoother for a more enjoyable coloring experience. For Easter cards, you might want to select a white, heavy duty cardstock, instead.

This includes use with Scouts troops, Sunday school classes, therapy clients, etc. as long as you are personally organizing the activity. You are not licensed to redistribute the digital files or printouts to other adults for use with their own children/students. Please refer your friends and coworkers to this blog post so they can download their own copies. The pages are all conveniently located in a single PDF file.
