Easter was early in 2024, so these calendars have a general spring theme instead of an Easter theme. April is the fourth month of the year (in the modern Gregorian calendar) and when most of us in the Northern Hemisphere start to see signs of spring. The name “April” comes from the Latin word aperire, which means “to open.” April is frequently designed as Earth Month and is also World Autism Awareness Month. Important events and dates in April 2024
In most years, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, and even Palm Sunday fall in April. Not this year! Here are a few of the important dates and major holidays in April 2024 that you may want to note on your printable calendar templates:

There are many other observances, too, such as National Gardening Day, National Unicorn Day, and World Book Day. Make sure to look up a list of April holidays and observances if you want to celebrate any of these fun holidays or special events.
