How to use free printable calendars
You’ll be writing on your calendar all month, so make sure to use nice paper! These calendar designs are in standard US letter size. I recommend printing on HP 32# premium paper because it’s thicker than normal paper and bright white for a clean, professional look. Want to see this paper in use? US letter translated well to A4 size, but smaller sizes will need scaling and trimming. Luckily I’ve already done the math for you. Just reference the chart below and scale your print out accordingly. This is very easy to do in programs like Adobe Reader and other PDF readers. If you prefer not to print the calendar, you can bring the PDF files into your favorite note-taking app and use it as a digital calendar. If you enjoy digital planning, make sure to check out this free hyperlinked digital planner. Make sure to post your printed calendar somewhere visible so you remember to use it! A family command center, fridge, or near your desk in a home office are all good places for your calendar. As you can see in the image below, this is a Sunday start calendar.
