This Frankenstein’s monster cut and paste activity is a fun craft for preschool students, pre-k students, and kindergarten kids. My nerdy side has to take a moment to point out that people call this creation Frankenstein, the more appropriate name is “Frankenstein’s Monster.” Frank was actually the “scientist” who created the monster. =) Older children may not enjoy the activity as much, but that will depend on your particular child or students. While this craft was designed with Halloween in mind, it’s also a great activity to go along with reading the hilarious and relatable book Crankenstein.

How to make your free printable Frankenstein
First, grab your PDF file from lower down in the post. Print one copy of the craft page for each of your little learners. Color the monster pieces before cutting out the pieces. Use child safe scissors to cut out each of the template pieces. Glue the monster together. I recommend gluing the legs and arms behind the body, the hair on the front of the head, and the head to the front of the body. The neck bolts look great attached to the front or back of the head. You can also add a craft stick to make a puppet. You’re done! I’ll make sure to update the post with a. photo of my daughter’s craft once she makes it. She says she’s “saving it for a rainy, gloomy day.”
