I think they’re even better than buying a printed coloring book. You don’t have to buy a whole new book (or wait out a meltdown) when your child decides they wanted to color the page a different way or wants to color their favorite page again. Just print a new copy! It’s also easy to make your own Christmas cards with printable coloring pages. Print them four up (four to a page) for postcard style cards or print them as a “booklet,” trim, and fold. This is simple to do in Acrobat Reader, which is a free download if you don’t have it already. Just make sure your settings look like what your see below with “binding: left” selected so the cards print correctly. For professional-feeling coloring pages that are fun to color, make sure to use a nicer paper (not whatever cheap feeling paper is in the printer at work).
