As noted above, there are five different penguin silhouettes in this set of printable templates. Each one is a realistic penguin outline, not a cute penguin template. (Well, I happy to think penguins are inherently cute, but I mean that they’re not cartoonish.) This book is an “oldie but a goodie” that delights kindergarten students and other younger kids. The set includes adult penguin outlines and baby penguins with open, up turned beaks waiting for food. The templates are blank outlines, not filled in shapes, which means you can print them on colored paper or card stock to make colorful penguins. Each penguin template is available in three sizes: large (full page), medium (two to a page) and small (four to a page). For smaller penguins, print a page to scale. Printing at 50% will reduce the height of the bird by half. Here’s a look at what you’re getting:
